Job Description
RAM Partners, LLC is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team in maintaining the integrity of their properties. The role involves supporting hiring and training staff, performing inspections, and addressing maintenance needs.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s license
- EPA HVAC certified
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
