Maintenance Supervisor

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to guide the maintenance team and maintain the integrity of our property. The role involves performing inspections, addressing maintenance needs, and completing work orders in a timely manner.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s license
• EPA HVAC certified is preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
