Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a Maintenance Tech to maintain the physical integrity of our property, completing work orders, make readies, and preventative maintenance in a timely manner.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's license
• EPA HVAC certified (preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Able to multitask and meet deadlines
• Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
