Job Description
RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to maintain the physical integrity of their property. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's license
- EPA HVAC and CPO certified preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
- Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
