Property Manager

RAM Partners, LLC is a full-service real estate management company that manages over 80,000 apartments throughout the US. They are seeking a Property Manager with experience to oversee the community and ensure it runs smoothly.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree a plus
• Valid Driver's license required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Industry software experience (YARDI, One Site, etc.) required
• Minimum 2 years multi-family property manager experience preferred
• State PM license preferred
