Job Description
RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a Resident Services Coordinator to plan resident activities and events and support the leasing office at Alden Park. The ideal candidate will have experience in multi-family leasing and excellent communication skills.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver's License
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
- Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
