Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Glen Allen, United States. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing project staff, subcontractors, task schedules, and budgets, as well as ensuring project conformance with quality and safety guidelines. The ideal candidate will have a passion for overseeing construction projects from conception to completion, thrive in a dynamic work environment, and have experience in managing and mentoring people in construction management positions or roles.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or engineering technology and 8+ years of qualifying engineering experience in the engineering/design field
- Associate's degree or technical school certification in science, math, architecture, computing, technical drafting or other relevant technical curriculum, and 10+ years of qualifying engineering experience working in the engineering/design field
- Experience in managing and mentoring people in construction management positions or roles
- Experience in client project or program management
- Knowledge of Microsoft Project and financial reporting systems
- Demonstrated successful track record in exceptional client services
