Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering in a relevant field (electrical, mechanical, renewable energy etc.)
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in wind project development, execution, and/or operation
- Strong writing and communication skills in Polish and English
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
