Industrial Wastewater Process Engineer

Ramboll is seeking a motivated and inquisitive Industrial Wastewater Process Engineer to join the Water Division. The Engineer will perform moderate to complex assignments in Wastewater Treatment and collaborate with a diverse team of professionals. The role requires advanced understanding of engineering fundamentals and proficiency in relevant computer software packages. Travel may be required depending on project requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering and 5+ years of qualifying engineering experience in the Wastewater Treatment engineering/design field;
• An Associate’s Degree or technical school certification in science or other relevant technical curriculum and 7+ years of qualifying engineering experience working in the engineering/design field.
• Professional Engineering certification or the ability to obtain licensure within their primary state of residence/operation, relevant to job function.
• Advanced understanding of engineering fundamentals and proficiency utilizing relevant computer software packages and engineering and design techniques specific to Wastewater Treatment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Work effectively in teams comprised of professionals with diverse skill sets, including engineers from other disciplines, scientists and subcontracted professionals.
