Join our Critical Systems team as our new Principal Mechanical Engineer and work with us to close the gap to a sustainable future. As our new Principal Mechanical Engineer, you will be working as part of a team, you will be expected to manage your own project work, undertake conceptual and detailed design to the required standards and to maintain excellent levels of client service.
Requirements
- Being a qualified Engineer having a proven and demonstrable track record in their discipline
- To have industrial, critical systems, and building experience
- Experience in fuel systems design
- Experience in firefighting water system design
- Having a CIBSE / IET / IMechE Engineering Council accredited honours degree
- To have achieved CEng status
- Able to proactively work using their own initiative with minimal supervision on all technical aspects of their discipline or have specific specialist experience applicable to the role
- Able to inspire confidence both internally and externally, and then use this to strengthen and delight client relationships
- To be an excellent and positive communicator and possess to the ability to make what is complicated simple
- To have an interest in or experience using digital and parametric design tools
