Project Controller (m/f/d)

We’re seeking an experienced and ambitious finance professional to join our Business Finance team supporting Ramboll Germany as a Project Controller. The role involves managing financial performance, ensuring strong financial governance, and providing financial advice to stakeholders. The position offers a flexible work arrangement, hybrid working, and a range of benefits, including a permanent employment contract and a contribution to a company pension scheme.

Requirements

• 5+ years related experience in Project Controlling for Professional Services organisations or Consultancy
• Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• Proficient use of Cost Accounting Systems to run, monitor and bill projects
• Proficient using Office 365, including strong excel skills and good understanding of how to use Power BI or similar
• Excellent communication in English and German (written and verbal), interpersonal and organisation skills
• Critical thinking, strong data-driven analytical skills and a high attention to detail
• Able to work with a minimum of supervision while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with stakeholders
