Senior Electrical Engineer - "High-rise & Complex Buildings" RUK - Chennai / Noida

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead and deliver electrical engineering services for Ramboll and its Clients. The ideal candidate will have B.Tech/M.Tech in Electrical Engineering with 10 to 12 years of professional experience in the relevant field. We work to create a sustainable future through our inspiring projects and innovative solutions.

Requirements

• B.E./M.E. in Electrical Engineering with 10-12 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years on UK projects
• Proven expertise in both manual and computer-aided electrical calculations, problem-solving, and technical analysis
• In-depth knowledge of BIM/digitalization techniques and standards
• Proficiency in software tools such as Trimble (Amtech), Dialux/Relux, AutoCAD, REVIT, and Navisworks
• Excellent knowledge of local and international design standards such as BS-EN, CIBSE, ASHRAE and NFPA
• Advanced knowledge of electrical engineering principles, covering HV/LV power distribution, lightning protection, general & emergency lighting, ELV systems (ICT, fire, security), and fire life safety (FLS) design
• Experience with sustainable design practices and emerging technologies
• Commitment to continuing professional development (CPD) and participation in CPD events to enhance expertise
• Personal qualities such as being a self-motivated and a team player
