Requirements
- Long-standing relevant professional experience in management consulting, project management, or a leadership function in the traffic or mobility sector
- High methodical competence in project control, business cases, and KPI-driven work
- Outstanding customer orientation and safe handling with decision-makers
- Leadership experience in project contexts as well as experience in coaching and team development
- Fluent German and English skills
- Structured, analytical thinking combined with a hands-on mentality
