Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in leading road, highway, and land planning projects
- Excellent knowledge of Civil 3D and Open Roads
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Swedish and English languages
