Job Description
We are seeking a Water/Wastewater Engineering Manager to implement projects within the Water Market Sector in New York and surrounding Northeast region. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in the design of complex municipal water and wastewater systems, a strong technical background, and project management skills. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing people and projects, generating new business with clients, and contributing to the sustainable financial growth of Ramboll. The role requires a strong personnel development skills, proven project leadership, and excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
Requirements
- 10+ years' experience in the design of complex municipal water and wastewater systems
- Strong technical background in design, evaluation, and construction of water and wastewater treatment and pumping facilities
- Proven project leadership and project management skills
- Professional Engineering license in New York
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Ability to mentor future leaders and motivate employees
