Job Description
The Outpatient Services Clinical Director is responsible for supporting the mission and vision of RE, facilitating positive interaction with clients and staff, and ensuring the safety and well-being of all RE clients. The director will provide clinical support and direct supervision to therapists, lead group consultation/supervision, and make recommendations for program modifications.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or other degrees with a clinical emphasis
- 5 years of experience in behavioral health, along with 2 years of supervision experience
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt easily to an ever-changing environment
- Ability to multitask and manage within a fast-paced environment
