Job Description
The Purchasing Clerk receives, stores, and issues supplies and equipment, while ensuring the safety and well-being of clients and staff. The role supports the mission, vision, and values of RE, and facilitates positive interaction with clients and staff. The Purchasing Clerk also manages financial and physical resources, reports incidents of abuse, and participates in professional development programs.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two years of inventory management experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring standing and moving for extended periods
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards
