Job Description
We're looking for a Pharmacy Manager to lead our Pharmacy department at Rivers Hospital in Sawbridgeworth, helping to develop and grow our team to deliver exceptional care to our patients.
Requirements
- Current registration as a Pharmacist with the GPhC
- Clinical Diploma or equivalent clinical pharmacist experience
- Experience in a management role, carrying out staff appraisal, development and training
- Familiarity with electronic stock control systems
- Policy, procedure and/or guideline development experience
- Experience of safe medication practice
- Audit and data analysis experience
- Incident report and investigation
