Job Description
We are a community bank looking for a Customer Service Representative to handle customer financial transactions and provide excellent customer service. The ideal applicant can work between 24-28 hours per week, with some flexibility in start and end times.
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- One year customer service or cash-handling experience
- Proficient computer skills
- Ability to identify and resolve/escalate issues
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
