Job Description
Range Commercial Partners, Inc. is hiring a Lead Building Engineer in Richmond, VA to develop and deliver departmental goals, objectives, and systems, and to support leasing effort by helping with leasing plans and reviewing tenant space drawings.
Requirements
- High School Education and four or more years of experience supervising employees
- Advanced knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical, roofing, drywall, carpentry and HVAC troubleshooting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to customers
- Intermediate to advanced skills with Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Driver's license
