Systems Engineer

We're looking for a Systems Engineer to own requirements management and traceability across our vehicle development programs, ensuring that what we build maps cleanly to what we've specified and that our development process supports ISO 26262 compliance at every stage.

Requirements

• Manage system and subsystem requirements, including decomposition, traceability, and change control across hardware, firmware, and validation domains.
• Drive V-model development best practices, ensuring safety-critical features map clearly from system requirements to component specifications and verification plans.
• Manage ISO-26262 compliance, maintaining safety requirements and ASIL decompositions for high-voltage and propulsion systems.
