Job Description
Range USA is seeking an Assistant Store Leader to lead a team of store associates and create a great customer experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the workplace, ensuring customer satisfaction and safety, and managing the store's sales performance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 or more years of retail sales experience
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), inventory management systems and POS systems
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written) including strong relationship building skills
