Join Range USA as an Operational Assistant Store Leader and contribute to our mission to provide the easiest and best customer service in the USA. Lead a team of store associates, manage sales performance, and ensure ATF compliance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 or more years of retail sales experience
- ATF form 4473 experience is desired but not necessary
- Availability to work a flexible schedule and hours necessary to open and/or close the store including nights, weekends and holidays
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), inventory management systems and POS systems
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written) including strong relationship building skills
