Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as onboarding, customer success, support, account management, or client services
- BS or BA required
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with confidence speaking directly with customers
- Strong problem-solving instincts and the ability to stay calm and empathetic when members encounter challenges
- Comfort working with technology and troubleshooting issues across digital tools and platforms
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple member interactions simultaneously
