Job Description
RangeWater is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support and assist the Community Manager in overseeing and managing the financial and operational facets of the community. The role involves completing accounting and reporting tasks, processing invoices, collecting rent, and using the property management system to record and track financial workings of the property. The Assistant Community Manager will also support leasing and marketing efforts, gather and analyze market trends, and promote resident satisfaction.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service background
- Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs
- Strong proficiency in property management software (preferably Entrata Yardi and/or One Site)
- Current Valid Driver's License
