Job Description
We are looking for an Assistant Community Manager to support and assist the Community Manager in overseeing and managing the financial and operational facets of the community. The ideal candidate will have a background in property management, sales, marketing, and customer service, and be proficient in property management software.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- 1-2 years of experience in Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service
- Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs
- Strong proficiency in property management software (preferably Entrata Yardi and/or One Site)
- Current Valid Driver's License
