Job Description
RangeWater is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to support the Community Manager in overseeing the financial and operational facets of the community. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing accounting and reporting tasks, processing invoices, collecting rent, and promoting resident satisfaction.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Property management, sales, marketing, and customer service background
- Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs
- Strong proficiency in property management software (preferably Entrata Yardi and/or One Site)
- Valid driver's license
