Job Description
RangeWater is seeking a Community Manager to manage and coordinate team members' daily activities and resources to achieve established budgeted financial and operational goals. The Community Manager will be responsible for managing team members, meeting targeted revenue goals, budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing market and economic trends.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- 1 - 3 Years Proven skills sufficient to hire, lead, direct, evaluate, and manage subordinates and team members
- 1 - 3 Years Multi-Family Property Management
- Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service background
- Proficiency in property management software (preferably Entrata Yardi and/or One Site)
- Current Valid Driver's License
