Job Description
Leasing Consultant role at RangeWater, responsible for executing marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals. Includes greeting prospects, conducting property tours, processing applications, and ensuring resident satisfaction.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service background
- Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs
- Strong proficiency in property management software (preferably Entrata Yardi and/or One Site)
- Current Valid Driver's License
