Job Description
The Leasing Consultant executes the property's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. The role entails performing sales and leasing activities, designing and executing offsite marketing activities, and following up with prospects and new residents to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Property Management, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service background
- Communication, Presentation, and Delivery Skills
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs
- Strong proficiency in property management software (preferably Entrata Yardi and/or One Site)
- Current Valid Driver's License
