Job Description
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee and perform technical and mechanical work to ensure the property meets the company's standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality. You will also manage the maintenance team, assist with work orders, and perform routine upkeep on the property.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- 1-3 years of supervisor experience
- 1-3 years of management experience
- 2-3 years of apartment maintenance experience or equivalent
- EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling
- Certified Pool Operator or Certified Spa and Pool Operator certificate
- Current valid driver's license
