Job Description
We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and perform technical and mechanical work to ensure the inside and external buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet the Company's standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- 1-3 years of supervisor experience
- 1-3 years of management experience
- 2-3 years of apartment maintenance experience
- Current Valid Driver's License
- EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling
- Certified Pool Operator or a Certified Spa and Pool Operator certificate
