Maintenance Supervisor - HoM River Hills

RangeWater is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee and perform technical and mechanical work to ensure the inside and external buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet the Company's standards. The role entails managing maintenance team, assisting in employee evaluations, and performing tasks such as work orders, routine upkeep, and inspections.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• 1-3 years of supervisor experience
• 1-3 years of management experience
• 2-3 years of apartment maintenance experience
• Current Valid Driver's License
• EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling
• Certified Pool Operator or a Certified Spa and Pool Operator certificate
• State and Local jurisdictions certifications
• Strong proficiency in property management software (preferably Entrata Yardi and/or One Site)
