Maintenance Technician - Dallas, TX

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to perform technical and mechanical work to ensure the inside and external buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet the Company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• 1-3 years of apartment maintenance experience or equivalent preferred
• EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling
• Current Valid Driver's License
• Strong proficiency in property management software (preferably Entrata Yardi and/or One Site)
• Ability to work in a stressful environment and work peacefully with co-workers and residents
