Maintenance Technician - Independence Park

RangeWater is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team at Independence Park in Durham, NC. As a Ranger, you will perform technical and mechanical work to ensure the property meets the Company's standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• 1-3 years of apartment maintenance experience or equivalent preferred
• EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling
• Current valid driver's license
