Maintenance Technician - Memorial Village

RangeWater is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform technical and mechanical work to ensure the property meets standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality. The role entails completing assigned work orders, routine upkeep, and supporting cost-cutting programs. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of apartment maintenance experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and proficiency in property management software.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
• 1-3 years of apartment maintenance experience or equivalent preferred
• Current Valid Driver's License
• EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling
• Certifications required by State and Local jurisdictions
