Job Description
RangeWater is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform technical and mechanical work to ensure the inside and external buildings, grounds, and common areas of the property meet the Company’s standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.
Requirements
- Completes assigned work orders generated from resident requests for service within 24 to 48 hours
- Supports cost-cutting and expense control programs
- Follows procedures for accessing and obtaining materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and other items from the property’s maintenance shop
