Maintenance Technician - Stonebrook Apartments

We're looking for a Maintenance Technician to perform technical and mechanical work to ensure the inside and external buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet our standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.

Requirements

• Completes assigned work orders within 24 to 48 hours
• Performs routine upkeep on the property
• Diagnoses and repairs defects or problems
• Completes make-ready process for vacant apartment homes
• Supports cost-cutting and expense control programs
• Follows procedures for accessing materials and supplies
• Completes documentation and paperwork
• Complies with safety and risk-management policies
• Demonstrates customer service skills
• Assists with property inspections
• Works in frequent exposure to outside elements
• Available to work on weekends and flexible schedule
