Job Description
The Maintenance Technician performs technical and mechanical work to ensure the property meets standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality. Essential roles include completing work orders, routine upkeep, and supporting cost-cutting programs.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- 1-3 years of apartment maintenance experience
- Current Valid Driver's License
- EPA certifications Type I and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling
- Certifications required by State and Local jurisdictions
