Maintenance Technician - Wildwood, FL

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to perform technical and mechanical work to ensure the inside and external buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the property meet the Company's standards. The role entails completing assigned work orders, routine upkeep, and supporting cost-cutting and expense control programs. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma, 1-3 years of apartment maintenance experience, and certifications in EPA and state/local jurisdictions.

Requirements

• Must be available to work on weekends when scheduled
• Works in frequent exposure to outside elements where temperatures, weather, odors, and/or landscape may be unpleasant and/or hazardous
• Must be able to work a flexible work schedule which includes taking calls evenings, weekends, and holidays
