Job Description
As a Leasing Consultant at The Retreat at Carlile, you will execute the property's marketing, leasing, and renewal strategies to achieve occupancy, revenue, and resident retention goals. You will greet and qualify prospects, conduct property tours, process applications, and ensure a smooth resident move-in and lease signing. You will also design and execute offsite marketing activities, gather market and economic trends, and enforce lease agreements.
Requirements
- Must be available to work on weekends when scheduled and must be able to perform the essential job functions unaccompanied.
- Works in an office environment but also have frequent exposure to outside elements where temperatures, weather, odors, and/or landscape may be unpleasant and/or hazardous.
- Must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights up to twenty (20) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance.
