Job Description
RangeWater is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties in the Phoenix, AZ area. The successful candidate will have experience in multi-site property management and a strong background in sales, marketing, and customer service.
Requirements
- Develops annual budgets and oversees attainment of budgeted goals
- Ensures properties meet operational, financial, and business performance goals
- Provides leadership to the team of community managers
- Promotes client satisfaction and retention through timely reporting and communication
- Reviews and analyzes market data to identify emerging trends
