Link Building Manager

Off-site SEO is central to how we do that, and we're looking for an experienced Link Building Manager to help lead it.

Requirements

• Own and execute high-impact link-building strategies while driving outreach, partnerships, and campaign quality
• Lead complex, high-priority link-building campaigns across Guest posting, Niche edits, Local sponsorships, Digital PR, Citations, and Authority link acquisition
• Conduct competitor backlink analysis to identify strategic opportunities, inform campaign direction, and maintain competitive positioning
• Build and maintain relationships with publishers, site owners, and journalists
• Develop outreach messaging that drives responses and engagement
• Cultivate long-term partnerships to generate consistent link opportunities
• Mentor and support Link Building Specialists
• Review campaigns to ensure quality, consistency, and performance
• Assist with onboarding and training of new team members
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Content team, SEO team, and Account team
