As an HR Advisor at Ranpak, you will be the go-to partner for our employees, supporting the Ranpak EMEA business and working on various HR projects.
Requirements
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding day-to-day HR questions.
- Advise and coach people leaders regarding their team dynamics and talent matters
- Provide input to and implement various employee programs and enhance employee experience throughout EMEA
- Strengthen and enhance Ranpak’s employer branding.
- Maintain relationships with external stakeholders such as government bodies, training institutes, and other partners.
- Act as UKG Super User: support reporting, deliver internal training, and drive system optimization.
- Define, improve, and implement HR processes.
- Support recruitment activities.
- Coordinate the full on- and off-boarding process.
- Participate in internal and external audits.
- Support the management of the absence and illness process.
