Job Description
EANE is seeking a highly skilled HR Consultant/Business Partner to support member companies' HR challenges. This role involves providing guidance on compliance, benefits, recruitment, performance management, policy development, and training. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor, developing and delivering training to HR professionals and front-line supervisors, and acting as an HR expert within member organizations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or closely related field
- HR Certification preferred (with willingness to obtain within the first year)
- Ability to engage and influence people at all levels of an organization
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to balance multiple priorities
- 2-3 years of HR Generalist experience
