Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Packaging Engineer to join our EMEA team. In this pivotal role, you will be the technical linchpin between our sales teams, product management, and our customers, designing, testing, and delivering cost-effective, high-performance protective packaging solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Packaging, Mechanical or Material Engineering, or a related technical field
- 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in packaging engineering, R&D, or product development
- Strong, hands-on mentality with a willingness to work in a lab environment
- Proven project leadership skills and the ability to manage projects from start to finish
- Excellent analytical skills and a keen eye for detail
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with fluency in both Dutch and German, and a good command of English
