Data Analyst

Rantec is hiring a Data Analyst to support the ongoing maintenance and optimization of the company's ERP system, BI tools, and related software systems. The role requires close collaboration with Operations and IT personnel to translate business needs into effective system and reporting solutions. The Data Analyst will be responsible for troubleshooting application and database issues, improving data-related processes, and supporting system implementations and upgrades.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Information Systems/Industrial Technology and Packaging/Quantitative Analysis, Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience working independently and collaboratively on data analytics projects involving the use of various programming languages and database management software systems.
• Experience with Microsoft: SQL, SQL Server Management Studio, and the Office suite.
• Experience with Python.
• Experience with Qlik, PowerBI, or a similar BI tool.
• Experience with Infor Syteline and Windows PowerShell is a plus.
