Accounting Services Supervisor

As an Accounting Services Supervisor, you will lead a team of accounting operation specialists and assist senior leadership in enhancing processes and procedures. You will be responsible for coordination and accuracy of client deliverables, including day-to-day management of client escrow accounts, issuing checks and payments, providing detailed client reporting, and reconciling bank accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration
• Experience in the insurance or broader banking/financial services industry
• Supervisory/Management experience
• Strong operational skills/process driven mentality
• Highly organized with an eye for detail
• Excellent client service skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize with minimal oversight
• Strong excel skills; experience with database tools such as Tableau a plus
