Client Support Coordinator

Raphael & Associates is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Client Support Coordinator to manage all incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including certified, registered, and overnight deliveries.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior mailroom, shipping/receiving, or administrative experience preferred
• Experience with postage meter systems and shipping software and familiarity with USPS, FedEx, UPS and other shipping couriers
• Knowledge of certified/registered mail procedures and compliance requirements
• Basic computer skills (email, tracking systems, data entry)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift and move packages (typically up to 50 lbs)
• Good communication and time management skills
