Requirements

• Develop and implement sales enablement programs
• Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs
• Create and manage a repository of high-impact sales content
• Ensure consistent and timely communication of market updates, new product information, and competitive intelligence
• Act as a key liaison between sales, marketing, and product management
• Partner with Sales Operations to implement and manage sales tools
• Track and analyze key sales metrics and performance data
• Provide ongoing coaching and development to the sales team
• Ensure all sales content and processes adhere to the strict regulatory requirements of the life sciences and healthcare industries
